What is creatine+ribose?
CREATINE micronized 200 mesh + RIBOSE is a product which supports muscle mass, energy and strength gain. Take 6-8 capsules twice a day.
On workout days: Take the first dose 30 minutes before a workout, and the second dose - immediately after workout.
On non-workout days: Take the first dose 30 minutes before the first meal, and the second dose 30 minutes before the last meal.

Wash down with approx. 300-400 ml liquid, preferably water or 30g - 40 g Dextrose dissolved in water.

For best results, take the product for 4-6 weeks, then discontinue for 3-4 weeks.
