I meal. 6 hen's egg whites + 60 g oat cereal + 6 walnuts (stir thoroughly and fry on teflon-coated pan + CLA 1 capsule
11:00 a.m.
Fat Transporter 1 tablet + Thermo Fat Burner 1 tablet
11:30 a.m.
II meal. 200 g chicken breast (one double) stewed in broth + 100g steamed broccoli + 2 spoons of linseed oil.
2:00 p.m.

2:30 p.m.
III meal - pre-workout. 250 g beef + approx. 250 g (approx 4 )roast potatoes(do not peel them before roasting) + 150 g vegetable salad + CLA 1 capsule.
