Recommended daily serving: 8 - 12 capsules.

On training days: take 4 capsules 3 times a day. One dosage 30 minutes before breakfast, one dosage 30 minutes before a workout and one dosage right after the workout.
On non-training days: take 4 capsules 2 times a day, one dosage 30 minutes before breakfast, the next dosage 5 hours later, approximately 30 minutes before a meal, with an amount of 300ml of water or juice each time. To increase the potency of the supplement it is recommended to drink approx. an additional 3,5 liters of liquid - ideally water - per day. Avoid combining the supplement in any dosage with other supplements containing proteins (keep a minimum 30 minutes break between taking such supplements).
